About Me

I'm Sarah. On the surface I've been a lifecycle and CRM specialist for 8+ years. From learned intuition (and eventually formal training) I've approached customer journeys from both a data and user-experience perspective.
I'm Sarah. On the surface I've been a lifecycle and CRM specialist for 8+ years. From learned intuition (and eventually formal training) I've approached customer journeys from both a data and user-experience perspective.
But why a whole portfolio website?
Honestly? It started as a requirement for my UX design certification. A requirement I was genuinely excited to design and build from scratch, using three varied UX projects as the foundation.
Because here's the thing , I've spent 8+ years building and optimising customer journeys across global markets. My commercial work lives inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud: segmentation, automation, behavioural personalisation, A/B experimentation.
But what shapes how I think about all of it is a genuine curiosity about why users behave the way we do.
That curiosity led me to formal UX training. And the combination is where I've found my strongest work. I'm not just asking "what does the data say?" I'm asking "what is the customer actually experiencing?" — and designing from both answers at once.
This portfolio sits on the UX side of that equation. Case studies from research and design projects that reflect how I think about customer problems. My commercial lifecycle work lives on my CV.
When I'm not building things, I'm a photographer, casual gamer, and negroni enthusiast.
